Michael Jeffrey Jordan (born February 17, 1963) is a former American pro basketball player and active businessman. Fish cooking has never been my favorite thing to do. It’s probably because I don’t have any easy fish recipes. The fish recipe I have tried to bake doesn’t turn out like the recipe.

Put the cleaned fish fillet into the marinade, being certain that it is coated well. Then wait 45 to 60 minutes, use a medium flame to grill the fish in a non-stick pan.

Allow 2-3 minutes for each side, depending on the thickness of the fillet. Grilled fish is ready . Serve it with a squeeze of lemon and a big salad. Other ingredients that work well include paprika, dill, basil, and of course salt and pepper.

Junior golf sets adorned the place. We were having a kid’s birthday party the other day. The theme was a golf party for youngsters. They all had arrived on time with their colorful junior golf sets complete with golf accessories. Schoolies, or more correctly, school leavers week, is an annual right of passage for thousands of Australian teens. It usually happens a week or so after the end of Year 12 exams. Originally starting at the Gold Coast in Queensland, it has grown to include many more tourist destinations. Schoolies is very big business and injects millions of dollars into the tourism economy.

If you believe the news, Schoolies is all about drugs, sex, music, motor vehicle accidents and violence. It isn’t. It’s just that the conservative press play to established prejudices so they can sell products that appeal to the over 55 viewing audience.
